Foxhounds “speak” or yelp in a peculiar manner also known as their cry. Their voices vary as they pick up the scent until in full cry as they draw (search) the covert (brushy hiding place) for Charlie (the quarry).
Full Cry is on the third floor of the Main House and enjoys a 24 foot high turret that is open all the way to the peak. A gas fireplace and settee are bathed in north-eastern light through the three windows and lace. The queen bed with its fireplace mantle headboard face the turret and the room is decorated in white laces and pale almond.
The private bath has a spa shower and a single-person whirlpool tub under 3 windows with louvered shutters.
Full Cry is the perfect refuge after a full day of exploring the countryside and its attractions. |
